My professional life has from its beginning been focused towards independent, sales and consulting services in cooperative relationships with people of different interests, knowledge and expectations. Thus my education has been focused on acquiring different skills in the fields of economy, finance, law, marketing, legislation, psychology and leadership.
Working in real estate requires ones full energy as work is very active. Furthermore, it requires a certain type of lifestyle which suits me personally.
In my work I consult with my clients, guide them through the process and meet their expectation. My work includes selling and renting real estate of all kind (houses, apartments, plots and business spaces), sorting and getting the necessary documentation, consultations regarding the price, organize viewings and meetings, coordinating business with jurists, investors, tax administration, banks and more. Every customer is unique and thus requires a tailored approach.
In addition to mastering the different fields of the real estate business, which is needed for a successful and professional work, I offer my clients continuous support throughout the process. The combination of different skills, constant upgrading and long time working experiences are my key to great results. Thus my work is based on correct and exact communication with my clients and providing them with all necessary details, which are required for the deal to be executes safely, with care and as fast as possible.
